What is your return policy?

Free and easy returns! We stand by our products and guarantee your satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied, please submit your request within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. Click here for more information.

Free Returns?

Yes, that's right - we cover the cost of returns. No restocking and no return shipping fees! Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Print, pack, and drop it off to the carrier.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, as long as your item is eligible for an exchange you may request an exchange for the same item or different flavor. If your item is not eligible for an exchange, you will need to process a full return in order to receive a refund and you can place a new order for the desired item.  

I received a delivery confirmation, but haven't received my order. What should I do?

Sometimes packages may be marked or scanned as “delivered” by FedEx early while on route. Sometimes carriers will leave packages in out of view places to prevent theft. Please be sure to check all exterior doors, porch, back patio, garage, or other locations where packages could be delivered to such as the front office lobby or apartment leasing office. 

If you are unable to locate your order after the second business day, please contact us directly so we can help look into this and make it right.

How soon will I get my refund?

If you are eligible for a return for monetary refund: Once your return is received and processed by the warehouse, a refund is typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once refunded, the funds can sometimes take up to 10 business days to be credited back (its varies by bank).

If you are eligible for a return for Instant Credit: You are welcome to use the Instant Credit available, please note any unused amount of the Instant Credit will be refunded back to your original form of payment after your return is received and processed by the warehouse.

What is Instant Credit?

While processing a return via the Returns Center, you may be offered an Instant Credit Code along with a pre-paid return label. Please note, not all orders will receive an Instant Credit Code and may only be eligible for a return for a monetary refund.  

  • If you receive an Instant Credit Code, you are not obligated to use or redeem it. If you do not use the Instant Credit by the time your return is processed by the warehouse, you will receive a monetary refund to the original payment method and the code will be disabled.  
  • If you receive an Instant Credit Code and you prefer to use it,  see below for how it works. 

How to use Instant Credit?

The Instant Credit is equal to the value of the items you are returning. It can be used like a gift card on our website to place a new order right away!

  1. After receiving the Instant Credit Code, you can shop the website as normal and add to cart any one-time purchase items.  
  2. During checkout, enter the Instant Credit Code given to you in the 'gift card or discount code' section, ensure to click "apply".
  3. Remember, the Instant Credit amount will be for the total amount being returned. There are no strings attached, please keep in mind unused amount of your Instant Credit will be refunded back to you after your return is received to the warehouse.

Can I use Instant Credit and a promo code?

Yes! You can combine your Instant Credit Code with a promo code as long as all the items are "one-time purchase". Please apply your Instant Credit Code first, and then apply the promo code.
